The UK Prime Minister is expected to urge allies to deliver Ukrainian forces with more advanced missile systems to strike Moscow's positions during talks in the UK capital on this Friday.

Sir Keir is set to welcome Ukraine's leader Zelensky alongside referred to as "alliance of supportive nations", comprising over twenty of Kyiv's partners who have pledged to offer Ukraine protection commitments once fighting stops is brokered.

Zelensky has been appealing for several weeks for more long-range weapons from the West, a step that the Russian government has cautions would escalate the conflict.

Ukraine's leader is coming from Brussels, where he held talks with European Union officials on the previous day pursuing economic assistance.

"The only person engaged in current hostilities who declines to stop the conflict is the Russian leader," Starmer said.

The Prime Minister will also reveal that 100 extra anti-aircraft missiles will be provided to Ukraine ahead of schedule, as outlined in a £1.6bn deal reached between Britain and Ukraine in last spring.

Diplomatic Momentum

Zelensky arrives off the back of important international achievements this week: the US President's move to finally apply further sanctions against Russia, and EU nations consenting to fund Kyiv's budgetary shortfall.

Sir Keir is hoping to continue the forward movement by escalating the pressure on Moscow to negotiate an end to the conflict.

The Prime Minister will encourage leaders to increase the delivery of advanced missile technology following a successful operation on a manufacturing site in the Russian city, Russia, using British-supplied advanced weaponry.

"Additionally, his brutal strikes on innocent children in a daycare this week demonstrate that perfectly obvious," he continued.

Several minors were included in at least seven lost in a wave of enemy assaults on Ukraine, which hit a nursery in the major urban center Ukraine's second city.

Budgetary Negotiations

Britain's leader will consult supporting countries on methods to withdraw Russian oil and gas off the global market.

They will also discuss using seized Moscow funds to offer Ukraine with monetary support, while the proposal encountered divided opinions and regulatory obstacles at the European meeting on yesterday.

The EU opted against consenting a plan to use approximately €140 billion in seized Russian resources to monetarily assist the Ukrainian economy.

However, the delegates consented to assist with Ukraine's "budgetary necessities" for the next two years.

United States furthermore disclosed sanctions on midweek against the Russian biggest petroleum firms, Rosneft Oil and the private firm, as element of actions to add monetary leverage on Russia to enter hostility discussions.

Moscow initiated its comprehensive attack of Ukrainian territory in early 2022. The invading forces currently controls about 20% of the country's land, including the Crimean peninsula Moscow took control of in the year 2014.
