It's difficult for the Australian squad to break new ground.

We're talking about the unit that has won seven Cricket World Cups, plus another six T20 titles, and earlier maintained over three years without defeat in 50-over cricket.

The remaining milestones, targeted by the peak baggers, are all that remain for a squad that has achieved everything.

That it took up to Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase exceeding 300, regaining their record for the biggest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, honestly, a testament to the bowlers that have worn canary yellow over the last half-century.

She achieved fifty in 35 deliveries - her swiftest at the global tournament - and her ton in 84 deliveries while she attacked short-pitched balls, scoring 21 fours and three maximums.

By the time she was out the team needed 66 more at a run-a-ball - an achievable target now demanding an easy conclusion.

"To chase 330 is new territory so I am glad we have the belief to achieve that now," continued Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it again but, if we do, we know we can do it."

That comment will be the ultimate thing Australia's opponents at this championship should hear.

In recent days a belief they will win from any position has become more firm - this victory coming after success over Pakistan by 107-run victory despite sitting at 76-7 at one point.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a meeting with longtime competitors England in Indore in 10 days, by which point a semi-final place may well be secure.

During that phase they left last year's T20 World Cup in a surprising setback by South Africa - a game Healy missed because of damaged tissue in her foot as she captained her nation for the initial instance at a major tournament.
